Most of the team’s properties are located in the core of the San Antonio metro, offering tenants easy commutes to anywhere in the city. This team specializes in new construction-only duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes. They offer a spectrum of neighborhood classifications ranging from A to B.
Most of their multi-family communities are “build-to-rent” communities, but occasionally, they offer properties in “in-fill” lot locations in already established neighborhoods. In addition to San Antonio, they operate in Burleson, Texas (a Fort Worth suburb), and plan to move into Denton later this year.
